Prices and shipping costs

The price paid by the customer includes packaging, freight, insurance, custom taxes and duties. There is no hidden cost.

We offer free shipping for orders > 150€ inside EU.

For customers outside EU, a shipping charge of 20€ is added.

For heavy package, an extra fee might be asked before confirming the order.

Deterioration during transport

It is very important to check the status of the packaging and of the packaged goods before signing the delivery note: When in doubt, open and check carefully the product before signing. Written precise observations on the delivery note is the only way to be protected by the insurance and be reimbursed.

Returns & Exchanges

Scandinavia Design customers have a right to return or exchange a product within 7 days after delivery. Freight costs for the return are to be paid by the customer. This returns policy does not extend to products which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has a right to return an item if:

1. The item has not been used,

2. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,

3. The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.

If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of damages. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

Return of products on sale

The products on sale can be returned within 7 days. They aren't refunded, but you receive a credit note to use within a year from issuing date.

Delivery time

Most of our products are in stock and can be shipped next business day. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. If a product is not in stock, we inform you about the delay and, if this one is too long, you can choose to be refund immediately.

Order Tracking

All items are sent with a tracking number that you receive by email.

Payments

We accept MasterCard (Eurocard), Visa, Maestro, e-carte Bleue, CB.

Wire payments can be done to our account: BIC : CCBPFRPPNAN, IBAN : FR76 1380 7008 4630 8214 8194 040.

Security

We utilize SSL-encryption which is the most popular system of Internet encryption, used by several banks to secure online transactions.
